Alright y’all. I have wanted to just talk about this book forever, and now I can! Because unlike a little bit ago people actually know the characters as well as the story. So I would love to just discuss what I love about the character in Dangerous Beauty One with y’all. Let’s start with the Five:
Dante- He’s quiet. Doesn’t really say much in the first book, but when he does speak, I smile. As a reader (not the writer) I like Dante’s character a lot. I think he’s sweet (to those he likes of course). He’s cuddly like a teddy bear. (my opinion lol)
Lucca- Lucca is a hottie, but I’m only saying this because I’m on team Salerno. I’ve always imagined there being two teams. Team Salerno and Team Valente (Mickey and Kyle). I’m team Salerno all the way. I love Lucca because he fooled the hell out us when he was on vacation. But when they went back to work….Yep. Tall, sexy, alpha with a temper. That’s my type guy 🙂
Mickey- Mickey…Mickey…Mikilo Valente…Silencer…Cray cray! Y’all we gets a taste of Mickey Valente in book 1 but I want it all. I think he’ sexy, but I don’t know if me and him would work out lol…He’s crazy. He just doesn’t seem like the settling down type to me, but who knows. But he’s still my boo, and I love his and Carter’s friendship. In crazy people land, they complete each other.
Kyle- I’ve been getting a mixed reaction on this guy lol. Here is what I think about Kyle. I love him. I love his face, I love that hidden vulnerability, and I love love that unnoticeable insecurity. It’s so real. There’s a lot more to learn about Kyle. If you pay attention to every scene Kyle is in, there are subtle hints to the battle going on inside the gorgeous playboy.
And now we get to…
Nathan Salerno- To say I just love him would the understatement of the century. Nathan is cream to my cocoa, he’s white to my chocolate, he’s the Russian to my tea balls…lol…Jk, but yea I love him. I love the way he loves and hates his father. I love the way he thought he didn’t want love, but when he found it he clung to it and loved hard. I love how complex he his. He polite when he has to be and he’s a monster when he has to be. I love his sometimes not so subtle arrogance. I love his sense of humor, how much he loves his friends, his willingness to learn how to be a leader. and I love how much he loves Carter. He fascinates me. I love every word I write about Nathan Salerno.
Now for our Girl…
Carter- I think she prefers to just be called Carter. Although it seems to happen less and less as the series moves forward. Ok let’s talk about my girl Carter. There’s just…so much going on with her, I know. But in her defense she was adjusting to new things. I mean one second she’s this normal waitress, then you find out she’s not exactly just some normal waitress, she’s the daughter of a notorious hit-man and she was believed to be dead. She’s thrust into this word that she was hidden from her entire life. If you ask me, I think she adjusted beautifully, and quickly. I love Carter. I love her wit. I love her charm. I love her impulsive behavior (It keeps Nathan on his toes). I love her temper. And I even love her tears. Carter’s tears are her signature. She can be a crybaby *shrugs* maybe, but if you give her sh** about it, she won’t hesitate to kick your ass. Other than that she’s a super sweet girl…just don’t piss her off. Like she stated. She has a bit of an Anger management problem…lol…I love that part… Carter’s a reader favorite, and I love that! I love her too!
Well that’s all if them…Well there is ONE more girl from the story that I can talk about but…Ummm….I don’t wanna…she scares me…
But yea! Well that was my random talk. Book Two will give us more Characters to talk about. It will be fun.

The synopsis will be available soon. In the meantime, What kind of Questions do you (as the reader) have that you want to see answered book two?
Will you be doing stories for the others? Will all 5 make it? (I can’t bear for one of them to die:( ) Will you be making a love triangle? An what the heck is Nathan’s dad and Carter’s moms true relationship? Will be getting more mother daughter interaction? Has Angelo done something that can change his and Nathan’s relationship? (he was acting very weird while Carter was telling her story)…..I know these are a lot of questions lol and I understand if the will be answered in the other books but these are little things that I picked up on!!
Yes, I will be giving some of the supporting characters their own stories 🙂 And you are right! Every single one of those questions will be answered in book two. You have the perfect amount of questions.
Misspmh, don’t get me wrong, I’m all about Nathan but I doubt Kyle would do anything to disloyal to Nathan. Italians are all about locality and respect and this has been ingrained in him his father and more than likely other generations as well. They are best friends and although not biologically they are also brothers.
Maybe so…But when a beautiful woman is involved, even the most loyal can be tested. The power of the p is strong!
Welllll I hope he isn’t stupid enough to cross the line. I don’t quite like the dynamics of him and Carter’s relationship; they are just a tad bit too close for comfort. Nothing wrong with a little flirting but thinking dirty thoughts can lead to participating in dirty business. Now Mickey, the flirting seems harmless. Kyle needs his own woman (full-stop!), I’m already not liking how the first book has started with Carter forgetting that she has sexy ass Nathan as her finance, lover, supporter etc… I’m hoping we read of her falling back madly in love & lust with Nathan.
Definitely, think that there was something between Nathan’s dad and Anastasia or one of the other sub-bosses. At one point I was thinking maybe Kyle’s and Mickey’s dad and that Anastasia might end up being their sister but then I scrap that after remembering the description of Carter being chocolate and not golden. I was so happy when Mitchell turned out to be the one who put a hit on Spook and not Angelo and believe that what Carter left unsaid has to do with Angelo being the cause of his wife’s death why she didn’t want to hurt Nathan anymore with what she knew. Yes, please let all 5 survive the next series of books. My guess is that if anyone is in danger of something happening to them its Dante. You said 3 stand alone so I’m sadly coming to terms that one may not make it. Love you as an author Michelle, Great Work!
This is AMAZING! I freakin loved reading this! Nice and long! I can’t wait until book two comes out, we’re going to have a BUNCH to talk about. I can barely contain myself right now I’m so excited. August can’t get here soon enough. I took a nice big step upward with Book two.There’s a bit more of an element of surprise as well as some shock. I only had one mystery in book one, Anastacia, she was the mystery in that book…she still is the mystery cause we’re still waiting for book two :)… Carter’s father’s death was a bit of a mystery, but I hinted at that early to focus more on her mother. I found her more fascinating. I hope the readers does too, since we’re all about to take a deep dive lol…But I kind of just BOom BOOm SLAP! In Book two. I’m not giving hints, when it happens it happens and it happens hard…lol…I’m crazy and I’m teasing, but only because I cant wait! I’m like freaking bouncing in my seat right now. I think you guys are gonna like it. But yes! great comment, I loved it.
P.S. Don’t kill of anybody just yet lol… I think I may give Dante a standalone. I just have to figure him out first 🙂 .
Please give Lucca one I think I am in love with him ;). I agree also that Kyle and Carter’s relationship is a little too close I am just surprise that Nathan hasn’t nipped that in the bud. I do find Carter’s mom interesting because it seems to the point that she thought Carter was dead she kept and eye on her which has me a little curious as to what their relationship will be. I am telling you there is something up with Angelo my gut is telling me there is I have an idea but I am curious to see if I am right!! All I know is that I hope book 2 comes out on August 1st because I will have it done by August 2nd 😉

I can see in your posts that Nathan and Carterina are solid (teamsalerno). I tell you what, I have read this book 3 times and I adore Carter’s sweet side, playful side and her affectionate side. Her temper side, you have to go with it lol. I love how mysterious the mom is but when she sees Carter, she obviously love her baby girl. THEN!!!!! What is up with Angelo’s men being part of her team?? I feel a connection between Angelo and Stacia. Yes, I call her Stacia lol. These women you pair these guys with are going to have to rival Carter in personality and beauty because girlfriend is the package. You are on my automated IR buy list. You are so good, I will even read your paranormal, which I am not a fan of. THAT is a sign of a damn awesome writer to get someone to read which they do not particularly care for.

OKAY so.. first of all… oooh boy.. teams. I didn’t think of it that way until I read this and now my heart is slightly split but definitely team NATHAN. I love Nathan too! Fascinate is a perfect way to describe him.. caring and yet possessive, fun but serious when it’s called for, and he knows how to push the limit and he doesn’t let anyone (except maybe Carter) push his!
And for Carter… the characteristic I LOVE the most that you brought out in her is that she did not cry, until she met Nathan. It’s like he completes her, even emotionally! And I don’t think she’s a crybaby, she’s human and has to let it out. It shows how genuine her love is for her (new) family.
Lastly, as for this whole Nathan-Kyle thing………. I remember reading BOTH Cesare and Angelo had pictures with Anastacia… she was holding BOTH their hands although looking an Angelo… and we all know, history repeats itself HMMMMMMMMMMMMMM…..!!! So EXCITING!

I especially enjoy him in the upcoming book. I can wait to discuss where I took the story with everyone! Also I love that you understand Carter’s character and her vulnerable side. She is tough, but every bad ass needs that one person they can let go with and just be human :). I wanted to give Carter’s character that REAL side.
